Working Ventures was founded by Ana Lopez Shalla and Stan Odenthal out of a deep respect for how workforce and economic development systems are chartered to function, paired with a curiosity about how they might align even more tightly to unlock greater prosperity and potential.
Our team is made up of seasoned practitioners, aided by a national network of expert collaborators, who have worked within the systems we support. From public workforce agencies and higher education institutions to chambers of commerce and nonprofits, we’ve led from the inside—and we bring that real-world experience to every engagement.
